Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

1. Unworn and unused

2. In their original, pristine condition

3. All original tags fully attached

Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs for returns & exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

*Mazics does not cover any shipping fees associated with the return or exchange process.*

- Both returns and exchanges may take up to 4 business days.

- All returns are executed through Instapay.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

In order to change or cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible since all dispatched orders are not subjected to change or cancellation.
